Add the right amount of friction at the right time.
Aheno helps you notice direct pickups into chosen distracting apps without presenting an estimate as a diagnosis.
A calmer relationship with your phone
Aheno brings protection, focus, planning, and motivation into one privacy-first iPhone experience.
A calmer relationship with your phone
Choose the apps that tend to pull you away. Aheno can move from awareness to a gentle warning, a cooldown, and protected time as your chosen daily budget is used.
Gradual protection
Set a daily budget for apps you choose, then let protection become firmer as that budget is used.
Awareness shows what remains, friction adds a timely reminder, cooldown shields selected apps, and protected time holds the boundary until your next permitted window.
Aheno never hard-codes social apps. Apple's picker lets you select the applications and websites that matter for each profile, while useful tools can remain available.
Focus sessions
Choose a rhythm, protect selected apps, and follow your session from the app, Lock Screen, or Dynamic Island.
Flexible sessions allow pauses, committed sessions add a short reflection before leaving, and deep sessions remove casual stop controls while preserving a calm safety exit.
Portal transitions, haptics, and completion glows mark meaningful state changes. Reduce Motion replaces spatial effects with fast crossfades while keeping every action clear.
Plan into practice
Build focus blocks around subjects, projects, and routines, then start the right session directly from the plan.
Use day and week views, custom rhythms, categories, and accessible list controls. Missed blocks can move forward without turning yesterday into a red warning.
Smart Rebalance works from your remaining time, priorities, and chosen limits. It does not require a cloud model to rewrite your schedule.
Private insights

The reflex tile is based on pickup information Apple makes available for selected applications. A methodology sheet explains what the number can and cannot mean.
Device activity reports are rendered inside Apple's report extension. Aheno does not copy those values into its database, analytics, widgets, community, or notification payloads.
Consistent, not perfect
Aheno celebrates returning to focus while avoiding shame, fake urgency, and punishment for an imperfect day.
Eligible sessions add to your daily rhythm and shared challenge progress. Milestones use warm motion and haptics instead of loud reward mechanics.
If a day breaks the sequence, Aheno shows the wider pattern and a simple next action. The product does not threaten loss or hide progress behind anxiety.
Free + Pro
Aheno helps you spend less time in apps you have chosen to limit, run focus sessions, plan your time, and see your own patterns. Protection works through Apple's Screen Time frameworks and requires permissions you grant and can withdraw at any time.

Aheno uses preset challenges, curated handles, reactions, and verified session minutes to keep community purposeful.
Privacy
Most of what Aheno shows you never reaches our servers, because Apple's frameworks do not let it. This page explains where that line falls, the two places you can deliberately cross it, and how to take it all back.
Aheno is built so that the information capable of embarrassing you is the information we cannot read. That is not a promise about our intentions; it is a property of how the app is assembled, and most of it is enforced by Apple rather than by us.
When Aheno shows you that you spent fifty-nine minutes in one app today, that number is drawn by an Apple report extension running in a separate process. The extension has no network access and no channel back to the Aheno app. It renders the figure onto your screen and then it is gone.
If you allow it, Aheno reads sleep from Apple Health to show your nights more accurately than a guess based on when your phone went quiet. Aheno requests read access to sleep only. It never requests write access and never writes anything into Health.
Focus library
The Aheno guide library explains useful techniques without miracle claims, fear, or an all-or-nothing view of technology.
The goal is not the smallest possible number. It is a phone routine that leaves room for work, people, rest, and intentional enjoyment.
Focus rhythm guideShort cycles can lower the barrier to starting, while longer cycles may suit complex work that needs time to become immersive.
Deep work guideConsistency grows when the start of deep work uses the same small sequence and the environment removes predictable exits.
